Requirements :
Complete the application below. Deadline: Feb 4, 2022
Be a high school student in the Seattle area.
Have permission from parent/guardian to participate in the program.
Mentee Responsibility:
Commit to meet with your assigned Mentor for the 6 month duration of the program.
Attend planned workshops and events.
Actively participate in discussions.

Q: How long will the program last?
6 months.
Q: How often do I meet with my mentor?
You and your mentor will decide on your meeting cadence. We have seen the most successful relationships check in on text every week and virtual/in-person meeting every two weeks.
Q: How is the mentee/mentor relationship conducted?
There are elements of both virtual and in-person meetings. We will continue to monitor the Covid19 situation and make decisions according to what health regulators recommend.
Q: How do we communicated with Mentees?
Email and Slack chats and phone.
Q: How can I help this program?
You can help the mentorship program by joining the organizing committee and help setup meetings, events and community outreach. If you have ideas on how you can help us reach more students, send us an email.
